a different element to their fitness routine.
This Stand Up Paddleboard basic skills clinic is defined for those who have never tried paddleboarding before and are looking to get the skills and confidence to get moving safely and effectively on the water.
Youth will learn the basic SUP paddle skills & safety awareness required to get moving effectively on the water.
Tuna Session (12 - 16 years)
Mackerel Session (8-11 years)
Minnow Session (5-7 years )

Sucessfull participants will receive the Paddle Canada Basic or Advanced Skills Award.
